New Monday. New Week. New Goals.

This is your Monday morning, you are AMAZING & you can handle ANYTHING this week throws at you. As we move into Autumn, things begin changing, keep up your routine, keep up your determination & be kind to yourself.

Here are a couple of my Wellbeing tips for you to turn into your own goals for the week: 

1. Move your body!!

Not only can it help to enhance your body physiologically & metabolically BUT exercise also helps to improve your mood, mental health, sleep, wellbeing and quality of life. Find a form of movement you LOVE, & then go do that!

2. Hydrate!! 

Approximately 75% of of the human body is water. The body has a variety of mechanisms to ensure you know when you need to hydrate but the truth is often we are too 'busy' to listen to these signs. Be proactive people!! Use a water bottle and know its volume, set reminders on your phone & drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. 1.5 - 2L is a good measure. 

3. 8 hours sleep

Just trust me on this. How to ideas: get an app to monitor your sleep, set a bedtime routine & better yet call it your SELF-LOVE ritual. Cut out your afternoon naps (not kidding), & in the morning make your bed & seek beautiful light to help balance your serotonin & melatonin (don't know what this? Book in for Tuesday night yin & I can tell you all about it). 

And last but not least, take the time to

The success of yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our lives, & our relationship with others.
