With seven years of personal practice & three 1/2 years of teaching experience I fuse my natural leadership qualities alongside my knowledge, passion, experience & LOVE of yoga & mindfulness to create highly specialized & individualized classes. My aim is to make yoga fun, intentional & accessible for all.
