As a holistic practitioner it is important for me to understand your story, and in our initial consultation we talk in-depth about all areas of your life, including past experiences and family health history. Your treatment plan is research-based to your needs and we utilise nutritional medicine, herbal medicine and lifestyle modification to achieve sustainable long-term positive change in your life.

Naturopathic medicine philosophy uses the therapeutic order - a hierarchy of therapeutic interventions:

The therapeutic order considers all aspects of an individual - physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social and environmental - as important in the quest for optimal health and wellbeing.

Naturopathy is considered to be complementary medicine and I enjoy working alongside allopathic practitioners as I understand there is an important place for both styles of medicine in our healthcare system. Sessions and packages are designed to give you the tools, education and support you need in all areas of your life. Naturopathic Care

Naturopathy is the art and science of supporting the body’s natural ability to find balance, always. Homeostasis, or harmony, is the overall aim of our bodily process. Our bodies are highly individualised and therefore there is no one-size fits all. I use evidence based lifestyle, nutritional and herbal interventions which are best suited to your individualised needs and requirements. I believe the way we nourish our body and mind can truly change our lives. Some areas I may be able to help you with include:

I’m a big believer in treating each and every client individually. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; there’s no one answer, no one-size fits all solution. My packages are a great way to get tailored support on an ongoing basis, and they’re the best value for money option, however sometimes you just need a one-off session to set you in the right direction.

This package includes one 60-minute consult discussing health history and goals. We work together to devise an achievable plan of action. If necessary I can make suggestions for helpful nutritional and herbal medicine solutions.

You will receive a supply of appropriate and helpful take-home information to help you achieve your goals under your own steam. eg. meal guides, recipes, gluten or dairy free guidance, pantry lists and lifestyle change information. If appropriate, I may make recommendations for investigative or diagnostic testing.

My packages offer a popular mix of one-on-one consultations, personalised action plans, take home resources, and continuous email and text support from me personally. It’s important to have a solid support system and ongoing information available as you make positive changes to your lifestyle. These packages are specifically formulated to give you all the support you need, at the best price.

Wellbeing Assessment

A great way to get naturopathic support or advice for acute conditions or have a holistic general check-up. Over two sessions, we will break down your habits, lifestyle, symptoms and holistically access your wellbeing. As your registered naturopath, I will provide you with a list of lifestyle, nutritional, herbal and supplement recommendations, including take home resources and recipes.

Once you have completed the assessment you are then able to book in for follow-up appointments with me at any time that suits your needs.

Option 1

Personalised Wellbeing Programme

Be at your best. For those really wanting to have long-term support, a package tailored to your unique needs and receive personal support every step of your way.

I specialise in this kind of care and highly recommend this package for those who are suffering from a chronic condition or those who are wanting to improve their lifestyle, increase energy, find work/life balance, work on gut, skin, immune, hormone or digestive health, support anxiety, depression or fatigue or begin to live their bliss. This plan ensures you have all the resources you need to make positive, lasting changes.

Once you have completed the programme you are then able to book in for follow-up appointments with me at any time.

Package includes:

  • 1 x 90-minute consultation

  • 2 x 45-minute consultations

  • 3 x 30-minute consultations

  • Tailored natural care and realistic goals

  • Take-home resources and guides

  • Ongoing email support

  • Access to public yoga classes for the duration of your programme

Option 2

As nature does not hurry, it is great to check in every 3 - 4 months or for acute conditions - such as flus, sore throats, stress, sleep or when your circumstances have changed.

Follow up appointments can be 15, 30 or 45-minutes in duration - simply outline this at time of booking. These appointments are for clients who would like ongoing naturopathic care and support following an initial consultation or following on from a wellbeing package.

Herbal medicine uses plant preparations, therapeutically to prevent disease, enhance health, and alleviate suffering. Herbal medicines are personalised to individual needs, based in physiological, mental, emotional and energetic considerations.

I offer tailored herbal support for acute conditions such as colds and flus, sore throats and upset tummy’s, as well as times of great stress or grief. A small 15-minute consultation via video call or in person is required and there will be a small $15 fee.

I also offer prescription refills for clients at anytime for no extra charge.
