You can move through the core content over 4-weeks, with each week offering gentle practices and reflections that take around 1–2 hours total. But you’re welcome to go at your own pace and revisit the materials anytime you need them.

  • You can expect a mix of short video lessons, guided breathwork and yoga practices, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and printable resources - all designed to be doable within the demands of motherhood. Everything is delivered in a calm, supportive tone, and you’ll have the freedom to pick what resonates and leave the rest. This is your space to restore, reflect, and come home to yourself - no pressure, no perfection.
